Harvested & Handcrafted is a refined, seasonal dining experience featuring hand-selected ingredients from local farms and artisans—perfectly paired with wines crafted from our own estate-grown grapes. 🌿 Dinner Menu Highlights: • Fresh garden greens with heirloom vegetables, shredded cheese, and housemade croutons (from local artisan bread), served with your choice of current house dressings • Warm fresh-baked bread with locally sourced whipped butter • Beet Salad Skewers: Pickled beet rounds layered with herb-infused goat cheese and pecans, served over arugula with balsamic glaze • Main Course: Grilled Tomahawk-cut pork chop from Moonlight Farms, a local Berkshire pig farm, served alongside a seasonal vegetable fried rice with squash, zucchini, green beans, asparagus, edamame, green onions, and sweet peppers • Dessert: House made berry trifle with in-season locally grown berries, fresh whipped cream, and classic pound cake 🍷 Each course will be paired with your choice of a sweet or dry wine, plus your choice of wine with the main course. 💵 Cost: $45 per person – includes the full meal, dessert, wine pairings, and a glass of your choice with the main course. 🎟️ This is a pre-paid event and is open to guests 21 and over only.
